VTUK and ETSOS in Partnership
17th November 2011
We are pleased to announce that ETSOS has partnered with VTUK (http://www.vtuk.com) a leading provider of software to Lettings Agents. The text of the VTUK press release follows:
VTUK has announced that it has signed a commercial partnership with ETSOS, the one click shop for property professionals. Under the terms of the agreement, ETSOS will provide an outsourced solution for the delivery of ancillary services and supporting technologies including its free conveyancing quotation and referral tool.
The ETSOS platform provides a single user-friendly portal through which agents can order EPCs, Floor Plans, Photography, Brochures, Audio Tours and Inventories, and track their progress in real-time.
These added-value options allow the agent to increase revenue by adding a margin and give them the ability to enhance and expand their service offering. With ordering and tracking taking just a couple of clicks, time previously spent on non-revenue generating administrative tasks can be redirected into more profitable areas.
Some of the additional benefits include:
– National flat pricing
– Fast turnaround times
– No contractual commitment
– Multiple payment options
– invoice the client or the landlord/vendor
– Integration with current suppliers through ETSOS ordering platform
The tie-up with ETSOS will also see its class-leading quotation and referral system made available to VTUK. This free tool enables agents to source conveyancing quotes and build their own panel of law firm suppliers without incurring any third party panel manager fees.
Ben Robinson, Head of Agency Services at ETSOS, commented: “We are delighted to be able to work with VTUK and offer their existing client base the chance to use the innovative ETSOS platform at exclusive prices. Agents who want to take the hassle away from the administration of additional services should get in touch and let ETSOS do the hard work.”
Andrew Campbell, Communications Manager at VTUK, commented: “The VTUK client base now has access to yet another innovative service that will allow clients to focus their time on core business whilst letting ETSOS take the strain for the additional services and adding value across the board. Our clients have access to unique prices which should be taken advantage of.”
