SOS and ETSOS complete product integration to lever competitive advantage in conveyancing
12th February 2013
Solicitors Own Software (SOS) and ETSOS have completed the integration of the ETSOS conveyancing search portal into SOS Connect, one of the UK’s leading legal case management systems. This means users of SOS Connect can now access ETSOS’s online ordering system direct from their workflow, without the need to switch between applications whenever conveyancing searches are required.
David McNamara, Managing Director of SOS said “A number of SOS clients and prospects were asking about integration with conveyancing search providers so we looked at the options. With its breadth of product range, usability and customer support, integration with ETSOS was the most compelling solution with the greatest benefits for our clients.
“This integration demonstrates that SOS is committed to helping clients to access specialist third party products so they can deliver legal services more cost-efficiently to their clients. It also aims to enable conveyancers to maximise productivity at a time when they are under increasing competition from new entrants to the market and are relying on advances in legal technology.”
Phil Natusch, Managing Director of ETSOS added “ETSOS offers an intuitive search ordering platform for conveyancers, enabling the comparison and purchase of everything from official and personal searches to environmental risk reports and indemnity insurance. We’re brand and provider agnostic, instead preferring to bring everything together in a user-friendly ‘search supermarket’, where products are easy to find, simple to check and quick to buy.
“With the new integration between ETSOS and SOS Connect, not only will conveyancers have immediate access to this extensive resource to order searches, SOS workflows can incorporate the results straight into the case management system to achieve even greater efficiencies.”
