ETSOS is quality choice for leading legal group
1st October 2012
Conveyancing search supermarket ETSOS has announced its appointment by QualitySolicitors as the legal group’s preferred partner for conveyancing searches and title insurance.
ETSOS is technically an aggregator rather than a provider, enabling users to review, compare and buy a broad range of conveyancing-oriented products from different suppliers. Access is via a free-to-use ordering portal, with the firm’s intuitive, one-stop-shop approach ensuring customers can quickly find everything they need under the one roof.
As managing director Phil Natusch explains, it’s these differentiators that have appealed to QualitySolicitors. “Every minute saved in selecting and buying and checking searches and risk reports is a minute that can be given back to the client or spent securing a new client. When you’re processing hundreds of conveyances each month, the speed and simplicity of the ETSOS system can really add up to significant time and efficiency savings that should filter through to the bottom line. The breadth of our offering also delivers a big box tick for compliance: we give users complete oversight of all the products available, so helping them make an informed choice in the best interests of their client.”
ETSOS currently offers official Local Authority searches, five types of personal search, an extensive range of specialist environmental and hazard reports, and title insurance. Featured providers include PSA SearchFlow, Landmark, DevAssist, GroundSure and CLS. Every product can be picked and purchased via a single shopping basket linked to the user’s client account, eliminating multiple points of purchase. QualitySolicitors’ member firms will have dedicated account managers available to assist with any queries or product advice.
