For Conveyancers – ETSOS launches Ground-Breaking Quotation and Referral System … and it’s FREE!

24th January 2011

(N.B. The System tailored for Estate Agents will be released January 31, 2011)

The Legal Services Act – which comes into force on 6th October 2011 – will herald a seismic change in both the way legal services are delivered and who delivers those services; it will be the “big bang” for the legal profession.

To help their solicitor clients deal with this challenge ETSOS are launching a ground breaking FREE quotation and referral system which will allow conveyancing solicitors to open the door to new work from estate agents. ETSOS described by Matthew Robinson at Robinsons Solicitors as ‘the most exciting service provider to enter the conveyancing market in years’, have already established their reputation for cutting edge IT with their easy to use on-line conveyancing search ordering system.

Now the ETSOS FREE Quotation and Referral system will allow conveyancing solicitors to enhance their offering to estate agents, while at the same time empowering estate agents to sell conveyancing more effectively. The powerful and robust software provides 24/7 on-line tracking of cases, while streamlining the referral process. Because large numbers of both conveyancers and estate agents are already using ETSOS for placing search, EPC and floor plan orders, the benefits of the new Quotation and Referral system will be felt without an increase in operational complexity. Quite the reverse is true, ETSOS simplifies workflows, allowing conveyancers and estate agents to concentrate on what they do best.

For Philip Natusch, managing director at ETSOS this will allow give local solicitors a much needed weapon to fight the onslaught of so called “Tesco Law” after implementation of the Legal Services Act on 6th October this year.

Philip says “We have substantial numbers of both estate agents and conveyancers using our platform. With Tesco Law just around the corner we are keen to help the smaller legal firms retain their market share. Our new Quotation & Referral system will help legal firms win more business while cementing their relationships with estate agents. We are very excited to be rolling it out across the country.”

He added “We rely on our local solicitor clients to use us for their online search orders so we are pleased to offer this additional service to them free of charge.”

ETSOS estate agents and solicitor clients are welcoming the latest offering and these are some of the comments received so far:

“I already use ETSOS to order EPCs and have been very pleased with the results and the professional level of service offered. Our administration is easier now and EPCs are a good revenue stream. I would recommend ETSOS without reservation. We are proud to be one of the first companies to use ETSOS’s new local panelling system. It will transform the way we work by streamlining our systems and processes, and save our business time and money increasing profitability. It’s easy to use, great technology and best of all…it’s free.” – Justin Allitt, Managing Director, Allitt Estate Agents.

“The new module from ETSOS is really going to help us capture more conveyancing. This will be good, both for the consumer as we only refer to quality legal firms, and also good for the conveyancers as they will get more work.” – David Robinson, Partner, Cumbrian Properties.

“The ETSOS free quote and referral system is a free useful tool in keeping conveyancing work where it belongs: i.e. on the local high street! It is an essential way to prepare for the inevitable onslaught of Tesco law” – Gary Rycroft, Partner, Joseph A Jones & Co Solicitors.

“We have used ETSOS for almost a year, and we are pleased that they can now offer a seamlessly integrated local panelling solution. It is a great tool to help us work more closely with Estate Agents, and enables us to keep our clients and the agents updated via the internet. We will be rolling out the system to all our Linder Myers offices soon.” – Duncan Rawlinson, Partner & head of conveyancing, Linder Myers Solicitors LLP.
