ETSOS Round-up
20th November 2015
As 2015 draws to a close we can reflect on a very successful year with lots of goings on. Committed as ever to making solicitor’s lives easier, we have been busy with a significant number of new innovations to bring property practitioners the easiest and quickest way to order conveyancing disbursements.
The release of our commercial portal has been really well received. The real strength of the offering is in the full screen mapping, portfolio service and our long-standing commitment to customer service.
The lessons learned here have been applied to our residential clients who now benefit from the release of our fantastic new mapping; a full screen solution and intelligent pre-plotting of registered properties making creating a plan a matter of just a few clicks.
On the product front we continue to work with our partners to bring practitioners the very latest updates and improvements to their reports.
- Landmark’s revolutionary new risk report RiskView Residential is now available through ETSOS. Read more here: http://etsos.co.uk/new-digital-environmental-report-to-revolutionise-search-market/
- Air quality is a growing issue in conveyancing where development and property value on sites in Air Quality Management Areas are likely to be affected. A new alert on the ETSOS system highlights nearby Air Quality Management Areas (wihtin 500m) and Landmark’s new Air Quality Report provides an insight into whether there are likely to e any future air quality issues affecting the site.
- PSA have launched an enhanced Regulated (Personal) Local Authority search featuring the most up-to-date property search information with a summary interpretation. The condensed report speeds up the reviewing of the Local Authority search and offers advice outlining next steps and contact details of data providers for further investigation. Available for a fixed price nationally, it also enables more consistency when it comes to providing conveyancing quotations.
Our founding philosophy was about designing solutions and tools to make conveyancers’ lives easier; it’s driven our growth and development over the past five years, underpinning everything we do. The recent acquisition by dmgi::land&property emea&apac enables us to intensify that effort and bring more enhancements, clever ideas and cool widgets to market more quickly and effectively. So it is very much business as usual – but just better!
Happy Holidays to all from ETSOS and we look forward to seeing you in 2016!
