Coming Soon – ETSOS, Faster and more Accessible
28th April 2014
ETSOS are delighted to announce upcoming updates to the ordering module. The next release, to be launched shortly, features improved loading times for cases and a real-time chat facility.
Designed, as ever, to make our user’s lives easier, matters will quickly sweep in when you double-click on the case, instantly giving you access to your pending, in progress and completed matters. Return to the main case menu by using the new “Back” button at the top of the page. The loading time for cases will be dramatically reduced and will save time on moving between cases for ordering and updates.
Our industry leading account management team are the backbone of the operation and provide an excellent service to our clients. Indeed our users experience a 98% satisfaction rating with response times to queries, with over 90% being dealt with on the same day and 98% within 2 days. With direct access to dedicated account managers ETSOS already leads the way with our internal messaging system, direct phone numbers and direct email addresses. A soon-to-be-launched chat facility will offer an additional line of communication to our dedicated account managers; from a button on the ordering site users will be able to chat in real-time to their account manager.
Since ETSOS launched in 2010 (we celebrated our 4th birthday in February!) we maintain a watching brief over the benefits our IT brings to firms and continually innovate to ensure we have the latest technology and information in the search sector. We are dedicated to listening to users and indeed many of our innovations have been as a direct response to feedback.
Have you got any ideas on how we might be able to improve the ETSOS user experience? Please do not hesitate to get in touch and let us know… please send any feedback to your account manager or feel free to contact David Opie (davidopie@etsos.co.uk) on 01524 220001.
