Urgent Update: Worcester City Council

1st June 2017

We have today received the below notification from Worcester City Coucnil regarding access to Council (Official) Searches;

With immediate effect, due to the unavailability of staff for a number of weeks, Worcester City Council are no longer accepting requests for official Local Land Charges Searches.  This situation is unlikely to improve until the middle of August.

The City Council is doing all it can to rectify the situation and will keep you informed should the situation change.

In the meantime, please be advised to use a Personal Search Agency, as we’re still able to process Personal Search requests (currently on a 25 working day turn around).

The City Council apologises for any inconvenience caused.

Worcester intend to return any search requests submitted up to yesterday but any searches submitted from today will not. SearchFlow Regulated (Personal) Local Authority Searches are available on the ETSOS website as an alternative.

If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact your Account Manager on 01524 220000
