The results of our Consumer Protection Regulations market awareness survey

Below are the results of our survey into the market awareness of The Consumer Protection Regulations following the recent repeal of the Property Misdescriptions Act.

Given the new responsibility for both the agent and the vendor; the increased requirements to provide purchasers with information that would affect their transactional decision and increased punishment levels, the results make for interesting reading.
