Save Time and Increase Revenue with ETSOS

18th January 2013

ETSOS is an award winning online management solution for property professionals providing free technology to help you save time, reduce costs and increase revenue. Specifically for Estate Agents our system has two main functions:

The free Quote and Referral System:

The QRS system allows you to get instant quotes on the move via mobile device or online from your desktop. Any recorded cases are saved in your database with both the end client and Solicitor reviewing an email to notify them of the quote. You can then track the progress of the case through to completion. You can even include the QRS as an app on your website to capture conveyancing referrals from people who visit the site but never make contact 24 hours a day. The unique concept of the QRS is that it is supplier neutral, you add the Solicitors you want to use and best of all it is totally free.

The order management function

With so many possibilities for outsourcing and the pressure to reduce costs ever increasing the ETSOS order management platform provides the perfect solution. Whether your suppliers or one of ours you can choose to outsource as much or a little as you need all ordered and tracked from one screen in seconds. The system also provides one click order access to products you may not currently be using which can help you to differentiate your service and win listing such as Audio Tours and Interactive Floor Plans. To help reduce the admin burden further we can take payment for you including any admin which gets paid back to you at the end of each month. You can even add your own suppliers! The order platform combines state of the art technology with great service and flexibility to maximise time saving whilst introducing new revenue streams.
