ETSOS are pleased to announce the inclusion of Residential Abortive Transaction Insurance to our range of search and ancillary reports. The insurance, which starts from £39, covers a range of fees and disbursements up to £1,500 for aborted sale and purchase transactions.

For the individual, there is peace of mind that they have insured against the major risks relating to property purchases falling through (including gazumping), and for the firm there is an opportunity to offer something a little different to your clients.

To order simply click on the new “Transaction Insurance” folder that is on the Search tab under “Available Products” and select the relevant product
