Quotation & Referral – Mobile (iPad, iPhone, Android) Version Launched

ETSOS are pleased to announce a mobile (iPad, iPhone,Android) version of our groundbreaking FREE Quotation and Referral System. After piloting the system with clients in the North West of England, ETSOS are rolling it out nationwide.

The totally free product, which allows Estate Agents and Mortgage Brokers to pass conveyancing work hassle free to their own bespoke panel of property lawyers will be launched at PPS Live Exhibition at Olympia on 10th May. One enthusiast of the system is David Robinson of Cumbrian Properties Estate Agents, who took part in the pilot. David commented:

“ETSOS quotation and referral system is helping us increase our revenue whilst cutting admin time, ultimately it is making us more profitable! It is easy to use, captures more conveyancing work and integrates with a useful product order system. But best of all it is totally free!”

In addition The Property Professional Show (PPS) will also see ETSOS launch an application so that their cutting edge Quoting and Referral System will be available on mobile devices such as iPhones, iPads and Android. Managing Director of ETSOS Phillip Natusch said:

“We recognize that for many of our customers their phone is equivalent to their office so this exciting development will allow Estate agents and Mortgage Brokers to work exactly how and where they want to – either in office or during sales calls in the field. This means business may be referred just as soon as the opportunity arises”.

These latest developments come at an exciting time for ETSOS as the company, whose client base has grown astonishingly to 1300 professional entities since it was launched just over twelve months ago, has been short listed for 4 awards – more awards than any other company in the country at the PPS Awards in London.

[NEWSFLASH] Agent Charged DOUBLE Over AML Registration Mistake

Property Industry Eye (PIE) has highlighted the case of an estate agent who has fallen foul of HMRC and been charged double.

On 4th April, with plenty of time to spare, Hayman-Joyce renewed their annual HMRC registration. They paid the fee and thought they’d ticked all the boxes.
