QRS Graphing

The Quotation & Referral System provides firms with the tools to monitor, supervise and track activity within the conveyancing department. Users can view conversion rates of quotes, broken down by office or users, how long matters take to convert from enquiry to instruction, and provides a detailed breakdown of reasons for non-conversion.

Non-Conversion

Firms select the period of time they wish to view with the user defined date range and with the click of a button, the graphing enables departments to:

  • Compare and contrast conversion rates across users, branches and referrers to accurately identify performance standards both internally and externally
  • Identify strong performers to channel incoming enquiries to for improved enquiry handling and conversion
  • Better monitor the reasons for non-conversion of business to identify where potential breakdowns are occurring
  • Work more closely with referral partners to identify better ways to work together to improve conversion rates
