Opportunities have arisen for Business Development Managers to join ETSOS at an exciting time in our development.
We are recruiting for several home based positions in the South West, South East, North East & Yorkshire.
These are predominately sales roles promoting the company’s online services into the legal sector. Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for introducing the system to property solicitors and conveyancers by way of face to face meetings and product demonstrations. You should be articulate, well presented and confident dealing with C level clients. You will also be fully responsible for the new client development and continuous custom, maximising usage and profits to achieve your targets.

Key Responsibilities
- The achievement of gross profit targets through the acquisition of new clients and upselling to existing clients within a defined territory
- Lead generation on the designated territory (some telesales support will be provided)
- To develop a strategy and territory plan in conjunction with the Sales Manager
- To effectively manage the pipeline, ensuring optimum sales cycle
- To comply with the requirements of the CRM system and KPI reporting
- Ensure the development of clients as referrers and advocates
- Attend and present at property seminars and CPD events
Candidate Profile
- Must have minimum of 3 years field sales experience along with account management
- Ideally sales experience selling into the legal sector or estate agents, surveyors etc.
- New business development and account management skills
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Ideally used a CRM system
- Flexibility to travel where necessary
Remuneration
An attractive basic salary plus car allowance is on offer together with an excellent uncapped commission scheme.
