New mapping functionality launched

20th October 2015

ETSOS are delighted to announce the roll out of a fantastic new mapping tool to make the plotting of plans for searches quicker and easier. The new feature will be released in stages over the coming weeks.

The tool has been in development with existing clients over the past 12 months and has been refined in consultation with their feedback. The main benefits are:

  • plan will be pre-plotted if the address has a registered title; saving time on creating plans
  • easy plotting of unregistered and non-addressed properties with full screen mapping
  • identify large plots with easy zoom function
  • plot boundaries quickly and accurately with flood fill
  • identify freehold titles locally with Land Registry freehold title overlay
