Make conveyancing transactions lightning fast with JET

13th November 2014

ETSOS has added in lots of new functionality over the past 12 months and one we’d particularly like to highlight is JET Convey – it’s really proving its worth as a tool that’s simplifying the compliance challenge for our users.

JET assists conveyancers in managing their exposure to lender negligence claims through an online tool that contains the lending instructions and rules from the CML handbook and all the top lenders. It checks every case against the latest lending criteria, turning a 45-minute manual handbook process into a five-minute automated task.

ETSOS’s managing director Phil Natusch comments: “The compliance challenge isn’t going away and from feedback received JET Convey really is impressing and showing itself to be a very slick, efficient way of tackling a key aspect of it. Conveyancers are also recognizing that it can underpin best practice and improve standards, something that will no doubt interest PI insurers.”

JETJET Convey can be accessed directly from the ETSOS ordering platform. The reference and address boxes are ready populated with relevant information, you simply need to select the lender and the two dates to run the check against before selecting “Order.”
