Legal Futures Conference – ETSOS to Exhibit

30th October 2011

ETSOS, the one click shop for property professionals, will be demonstrating the cutting edge of conveyancing technology at the forthcoming Legal Futures event, to be held on 17 October in London.

Among the solutions on show will be its latest initiative, a free quotation and referral system that enables conveyancers to capture work from their local estate agents and IFAs, without the need for third party panel managers. The system has recently been extended to estate agents and IFAs as well to enable them to better connect with conveyancers while delivering an enhanced service to customers. So while law firms take control of setting and uploading fees and commissions, agents are able to get instant, detailed quotes on a conveyance from their panel firms. This can be done anytime anywhere, either from the comfort of their desk or from their iPhone, iPad or Android device when out and about.

Philip Natusch, ETSOS’s managing director, comments: “This latest development makes the most of the symbiotic relationship between local conveyancers and agents, enabling them to help each other via a simple local paneling process. Indeed, we’re actively encouraging our law firm user base to offer the system to their estate agent clients, helping to ringfence their business as well as speeding up the whole conveyancing quote and search process. If quotes do turn into an instruction, then all the information is automatically squirted into the ETSOS search ordering system with online case tracking keeping agents informed 24/7 as matters progress.”

In less than two years ETSOS has revolutionised the electronic search arena. Hundreds of firms have already switched to its free, easy to use online ordering portal, a one click gateway to both the regular local authority and planning searches and Land Registry documents, and to a suite of complementary products for law firms and estate agents, such as Company searches, Energy Performance Certificates, floor plans and virtual tours.
