Introducing EyeSpy360… and 3 unique offers for Landmark customers

18th December 2017

Landmark and EyeSpy360 are pleased to announce a strategic partnership providing all Landmark customers access to the next generation of marketing tools and customer interaction. Complementing Landmark’s own marketing tools, the tie up enables agents to take their own property particulars to the next level.

Who are EyeSpy360?

EyeSpy360 is the simplest, most affordable and most intuitive 360 Virtual Tour Platform on the planet.

Take full 360 images in literally seconds, create fully immersive 360 virtual tours in minutes and instantly distribute across all social media, your own website and property portals.

In addition to creating 360 Virtual Tours, EyeSpy360 now also includes the ground breaking EyeSpyLIVE and EyeSpyPLAY functionality… the future of property marketing.

EyeSpyLIVE™; think Skype embedded into a virtual tour.

EyeSpyPLAY; pre-recorded and narrated virtual tours. Click on the icon towards the bottom of the tour to start. You can also interrupt the tour and take control by simply clicking on the screen. Tap the Play button (bottom left) to continue the pre-recorded tour.

Property agents explain that EyeSpyLIVE:

• Dramatically reduces the time spent organising property viewings
• Helps win new instructions!
• Cuts down on travel time
• Improves efficiency & productivity
• Cuts costs.

Buyers and tenants would rather spend their valuable time viewing properties that they have already qualified via  an EyeSpy360 Tour.

Sellers would rather show less people around their home in the knowledge that the viewers that they do get are pre-qualified and committed.

In our previous blog, we looked at the definitions outlined by the CPRs. In this blog we’ll look at the practical application of CPRs, the sorts of scenarios that come up day in day out and what lessons we can learn from any enforcement action taken. (more…)

CPRs; the implications

In 2014 The Properties Misdescriptions Act was repealed and replaced with the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations, otherwise known as CPRs.

The main change was a shift in focus away from caveat emptor, or buyer beware, to greater transparency for those involved in the purchasing or renting of property where agents are historically famous for flowery language and an economic use of the truth! (more…)
