ETSOS takes growth challenge head-on

29th May 2014

Having enjoyed growth in year on year revenue of 63% in 2013 and with its revenue targets for the first quarter of 2014 exceeded, ETSOS has moved to further strengthen its business development team across both the residential and commercial sectors.

The search specialist sees Julie Hinton join in the new role of Southern Area Manager, bringing with her a decade’s direct experience of the search provider industry. As well as account management for ETSOS’s existing clients in the south, Julie will also work on new business and take over the regional management of the area sales team.

Sales and marketing director Paul Coombes comments: “Continuing to meet our growth target for 2014 should take us beyond 10% market share. The expansion of the team is key to meeting this challenge, whilst maintaining our quality of account management and client care. Our core aim has always been to make our users’ lives easier and that’s not just about bringing on stream the right products and solutions.

It’s also about ensuring that our people are the right fit, that they know the market and our customers, and that they work hard to help our users get the best possible value out of our system. Julie is certainly in that mould, and her arrival reaffirms our commitment to being a strong national player, with resources right across the country.”

ETSOS are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager in the North. For further information please contact Paul Coombes on pcoombes@etsos.co.uk
