ETSOS Round-Up
7th August 2012
Our Survey Says…..
Our thanks to everyone who completed our recent ‘30 second survey’ – we were keen to measure how satisfied our customers are with the service we provide and thought the question
‘Would you be happy to recommend us to others’
would be a good indicator of satisfaction, or otherwise.
Well, we are absolutely delighted with what you’ve told us as 100% of respondents answered in the affirmative. We’ll do our best to maintain those standards and please feel free to start recommending us where you can!
ETSOS and the SLC
The big news this quarter has been our tie-up with the Society of Licensed Conveyancers (SLC), who earlier this summer launched their new electronic ordering platform based on the ETSOS platform.
The SLC can now offer its members a single point of access to order a range of services and products required when dealing with a conveyancing transaction. Orders are placed online and the results returned via electronic methods, helping conveyancers ease the administrative burden as well as provide a faster, more efficient service to customers.
Indemnity Insurance, provided by Conveyancing Liability Solutions Ltd (CLSL), is one of the first products on offer, along with Surveys, provided by Residential Property Surveyors Association (RPSA) and Anti Money Laundering Insurance, offered by SGL. The full range of conveyancing searches are also available via the platform.
Chairman of the SLC, John Clay, commented:
“As we face increasingly competitive times, being able to access a full suite of conveyancing products quickly, from one online location and at discounted prices will help to give our members a real competitive advantage. The new electronic platform will provide a fantastic opportunity to order a full suite of products all at the click of button, providing the upmost in speed and convenience, not only for the conveyancer, but for the consumer as well.”
Our own Philip Natusch said:
“We have been working closely with the SLC to deliver this integrated ordering solution across a range of conveyancing products, from Home Condition Reports and Title Insurance to Property Searches. We believe the new platform will prove an important tool, helping to streamline the current ordering process while saving SLC members both time and money.”
More product offerings are also being discussed and these look likely to include removals, household insurance and electric and gas surveys. ETSOS will, in addition, act as a an ordering/receiving platform for a range of property searches from various suppliers.
All SLC members are to be invited to use the new platform where discounts will be available and a “simple and straightforward online ordering process will support a fast and efficient transaction”.
For further information conveyancers should contact the SLC by emailing info@conveyancers.org.uk
ETSOS wins award for Outsourced Services
Much excitement earlier in the year when we attended the Propertydrum B2B Awards. We made three shortlists, and scooped top honours in the Outsourced Services category. Marketing director Jenny Natusch was there on the night, just about managing to contain her excitement and not drop the trophy.
