ETSOS No Sale, No Fee Auction Pack

18th January 2016

Introducing the ETSOS No Sale, No Fee Auction Pack, a simple and easy way to take control of your auction properties and generate more revenue for your business

  • More listings
  • More late entry lots
  • Improved customer service
  • Additional revenue stream
  • Protection against the Money Laundering and Consumer Protection Regulations.

If you could get one extra listing, one extra late entry per auction what would this mean to your business? Order in seconds via our state of the art portal:

  • Order the legal pack components earlier in the process at no risk, meaning you get more late property entries into the auction
  • Win more listings with the No sale No Fee Auction Pack USP allowing clients to enter the auction without them having to find money for the documents upfront
  • Create a new revenue stream; charge the packs on to the purchaser at a price of your choosing
  • Drive more clients to your preferred solicitor as you can make it a stipulation of using the pack.
  • Cover your compliance; having information earlier protects you against Consumer Protection Regulations, and the Due Diligence checks required for Anti Money Laundering are included in the pack
  • We only supply the components meaning the solicitor puts together the special conditions and does the legal work. However with the No sale No fee Auction Pack they don’t have to wait for the required documents

We currently work with a number of Auction House UK clients who report seeing a significant increase in both listings and profitability.
