ETSOS Fly High With Redkite

21st July 2015

“I think it’s very clear what sets ETSOS apart from others – it knows what we want!”

That’s the verdict of Redkite’s David Sangster on what continues to differentiate conveyancing technology specialist ETSOS from other search providers. Redkite_Eng_MasterLogo-01

A new case study explores the fast-growing, West Wales-based solicitor’s relationship with ETSOS and how integral its search platform has been to the firm’s push for higher, more consistent standards of customer service and risk management.

Redkite opted to integrate ETSOS with its Ochresoft Intelliworks conveyancing workflow, enabling staff to request searches directly from the case plan, and receive them back into the case plan, building an essential audit trail as well as simplifying the ordering process.

In summarising what ETSOS has delivered for a firm keen to build its conveyancing base further, David Sangster commented: “User-friendly technology, system integration, helpful people who add real value, an ever growing product portfolio, keen pricing and turnaround times, a constant feedback loop…we couldn’t really ask for much more.”
