ETSOS compliance toolkit gets JET power

24th January 2014

Conveyancing search supermarket ETSOS has announced that it is now partnering with JET Convey as part of its on-going commitment to simplify the compliance challenge for its users.

JET assists conveyancers in managing their exposure to lender negligence claims through an online tool that contains the lending instructions and rules from the CML handbook and all the top lenders. It checks every case against the latest lending criteria, turning a 45-minute manual handbook process into a 5-minute automated task.

JET Convey is now available from within the ETSOS ordering platform and joins a compliance tool suite that also includes Lawyer Checker, SmartSearch anti-money laundering reports and ETSOS’s own Comparison Widget.

ETSOS’s managing director Phil Natusch comments: “Our product development has always been driven by a desire to make the lives of conveyancers easier. The compliance challenge isn’t going away and JET Convey is a very slick, efficient way of tackling a key aspect of it – conveyancers are also recognizing that it can underpin best practice and improve standards, something that will no doubt come to the attention of PI insurers.”

JET Convey’s founder Julian Sampson adds: “It is more important than ever that IT supports conveyancers in managing PII risk and obligations to lender clients. Our integration with ETSOS enables this. ETSOS’s one-stop-shop is a great concept, so quick and simple for users and we’re delighted to be adding JET Convey to the list of quality products available.”
