ETSOS celebrates QRS birthday with new milestone
6th June 2013
Online search provider and conveyancing technology specialist, ETSOS, is celebrating the first birthday of its free-to-use Quotation & Referral System (QRS) with news that monthly usage levels have more than trebled in the past six months.
Offered as part of ETSOS’s online search ordering portal, QRS is used by law firms to generate instant quotes for customers telephoning in regarding conveyancing costs on their chosen property.
In May this year, the system exceeded 3500 purchase quotes for the first time, three times the average level recorded during the latter months of 2012. Quotes can be produced in less than thirty seconds, complete with all relevant search and disbursement costs, and then emailed out in a formatted, fully compliant PDF with built-in ‘click to accept’ option.
Commenting on the latest milestone managing director Phil Natusch said: “QRS has really started to build up a head of steam in the last few months as firms have trialled it and seen for themselves just what a transformational effect automation has had on the efficiency and quality of the quotations process. Traditionally, this has always been a slow and overly manual discipline but as conveyancers have looked to sharpen up business development and customer service, they have embraced QRS as a way to stand out and secure more instructions.”
