ETSOS are recruiting – Telesales Executive/Appointment Maker

ETSOS is an award winning ‘one click property shop’ for property professionals – both conveyancing solicitors and estate agents. Due to continued expansion we are looking for a telesales executive to work from our Lancaster (Caton) office. This is a new business outbound telesales role, setting appointments with law firms who provide conveyancing services. Full in-house training will be provided.

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director and co-ordinated by the Sales & Marketing Support Manager.

  • The achievement of new business appointment targets through telesales activity
  • Supporting the conversion of appointments and liaising with business development managers
  • To comply with the requirements of the in house CRM system and KPI reporting

Background Experience

  • Ideally telesales experience within the property sector – search company, law firm, estate agent
  • At least 3 years telesales experience with a demonstrable track record
  • Ideally use of a CRM system
  • Clear new business and personal lead generation skills
