ETSOS are recruiting; Business Development Manager – North West

ETSOS is an award winning ‘one click property shop’ for property professionals – both conveyancing solicitors and estate agents. An opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join the business at an exciting time in our development. This is a sales role taking the company’s products and services to new and existing clients. It is a high activity role but with the right messages one that can have a short sales cycle. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director and co-ordinated by the sales support manager.

 Principle Accountabilities

  • The achievement of gross profit targets through the acquisition of new clients and upselling to existing clients within the Northern area
  • Lead generation on the designated territory
  • To develop a strategy and territory plan in conjunction with the Sales & Marketing Director
  • To effectively manage the pipeline
  • To comply with the requirements of the in house CRM system and KPI reporting
  • Ensure the development of clients as referrers and advocates

Background Experience

  • Ideally sales experience within the residential property sector – competitor, estate agent
  • At least 3 years field sales experience with a demonstrable track record
  • Ideally use of a CRM system
  • Clear new business and personal lead generation skills
