ETSOS are recruiting – Account Manager

ETSOS is an award winning ‘one click property shop’ for property professionals – both conveyancing solicitors and estate agents.

Due to continued expansion we are looking for an account manager to work from our Lancaster (Caton) office.Full in-house training will be given and the successful candidate will eventually be responsible for their own clients.   Whilst the role is mainly office based, there will be occasions when a visit to a client’s office is required.

The ideal candidates should:-

  • Have a minimum of 3 three years experience within a busy office environment providing a customer service orientated role.
  • Have an understanding of the conveyancing/legal process or estate agency (although this is not essential)
  • Be completely customer service driven and enthusiastic
  • Have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritise tasks
  • Be able to work under pressure and function well as part of a team.
  • Have fastidious attention to detail
  • Be able to work on own initiative and show flexibility to assist and support others within the team
  • Have Driving licence/own transport

Salary from £16,000 to £24,000 per annum

The government have announced a significant funding increase for property industry regulator the National Trading Standards Estate Agency Team (NTSEAT).

There has long been criticism of a lack of resource in the team whose responsibility it is to police and enforce various regulations estate agents are governed by; including the Estate Agents Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 (CPRs). (more…)
