ETSOS and market on the up
7th November 2013
The growing positive sentiment coming out of the conveyancing sector would seem to be supported by the latest figures coming out of search specialist ETSOS.
The leading aggregator has reported a 28% increase in orders year to date, compared to 2012; while its third quarter sales performance has seen an impressive increase of 65% over the same quarter last year.
Phil Natusch, ETSOS’s managing director, believes this success is at least partially attributable to an awakening in the market: ‘While we’ve done a lot of work on the product, service and sales side of things, and this is undoubtedly reaping benefits, we’re also enjoying a bit of a bounce factor from the improving house-buying situation.”
That ETSOS has made its own contribution to its record-breaking figures and is not just riding a wave of growing confidence is borne out by the results of its 2013 customer satisfaction survey. For the second year running, it scored a 100% positive response to the question ‘Would you be happy to recommend us?’, while its overall client satisfaction rating came in at 4.6 out of 5.
Paul Coombes, ETSOS’s sales and marketing director, is delighted with the results: “Reaching a standard is one thing but maintaining it is quite another and with the growth of the business, the product set and the client base this year, it’s very pleasing to know that we’ve continued to deliver in the customers’ eyes. You couldn’t ask for more than a 100% recommendation rate and it’s now down to us to earn that for a third year running.”
