About Us

ETSOS was launched in 2010 as the country’s first conveyancing ‘search supermarket’, aiming to redefine search provision to the country’s law firms and set new standards for product choice and customer care. Just don’t mistake the youth of the company for a lack of experience as the four principals – Phil Natusch, Jenny Natusch, Joe Morris and Sean Ward-Clayton – have notched up an impressive 70 years between them in the property services market.

In 2012, ETSOS won the best Outsourced Services category in the Propertydrum B2B awards and is regularly asked to speak at and participate in conferences, forums and networking events in recognition of our distinctive voice and dedicated approach to the market and the profession.

Our philosophy has been the same from day one – to provide tools and services that make our clients’ lives easier and their businesses stronger and more profitable. Are we succeeding? In our most recent customer satisfaction survey, 100% of respondents said that they would recommend us to others, which we took as a big hint that we’re certainly doing something right.

But the past is past and for all the industry firsts, for all the reshaping of the market, you are still only ever as good as your last search, your last customer care call, your last IT innovation. So there’s no sitting on laurels,  no puffing of chests, just more of the ETSOS way, every day. We’ll let you know how we get on at the next satisfaction survey!

I have to say that I am very impressed with how quick you guys turn around searches and queries. I am completely converted to an Etsos user! Thanks! Jane Lockwood – Birchall Blackburn
